Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
I hope you LOVE your purchase. However, I know that sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary.
❤ Item(s) shipped may be returned for refund or exchange, since it is unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. If the item purchased is a beauty product, I can ONLY accept returns/exchanges if the item was NOT used or tested.
❤ Returns must be asked within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions. This gives my customers time to decide if they are satisfied with their purchase.
❤ Returned items that appear to have been worn, tested, washed, stained or smell of smoke OR perfume the return will be refused. If refused I will email you and you can choose to send it back to you at your expense OR have me donate it. Any refused returns after 15 days that I have will be donated to a local charity of my choice.
❤ The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (to Fleming Island, Florida, USA). I recommend a method of shipment that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options). Beauty & Prana is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping company.
❤ Any shipping costs expended will not be refunded.
❤ If you believe the item you ordered was received by you damaged or defective, please email me immediately at beautyandprana@comcast.net and I will address it. All damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order.
❤ Once I receive your return please allow 5-7 business days for me to process it, but I shoot to be much faster than that!?
