❤   A Japa Mala, or just "Mala", is a string of 108 beads that can be used to embellish or to count mantras repetitions. Mala beads are an ancient tool that was developed to keep the mind focused on the practice of meditation. The large Meru (mountain) bead, or "Guru Bead", provides a starting and ending point on the mala for counting the repetitions.

❤   This mala is suitable for mantra recitation, mindfulness practice, meditation, yoga, prayer, and reflection.

❤  MATERIAL:  Blue Sodalite beads + 3 Guru Beads + Buddha Head + Silver & Crystal Accents

❤  SODALITE:   This is a strong Third Eye Chakra and Throat Chakra stone that brings a strong vibration that is particularly helpful to aid the development of psychic abilities and with developing intuition. It may help you if you are doing public speaking and is excellent to aid communication generally.
To assist with the development of psychic gifts, working within the third eye with Sodalite stone has a strong ability to accelerate the process.

Sodalite also stimulates the pituitary gland, which opens up your spiritual perception. By energizing the brain’s spirit portal, this grounding stone releases tension and fears, the negative emotions that Sodalite helps to transform into feelings of harmony and balance, the gateway to enlightenment.

❤   BUDDHA HEAD:  Buddha head represents the Buddha's wisdom along with the serene smile of the face symbolizing the Buddha's peaceful and calm nature   •    Half-closed eyes show a state of meditation: looking outward and inward   •    Elongated earlobes hear what's needed in the world.
